Bloctel Device The hotel, as data controller, collects and processes personal data for the purposes of managing reservations and customers, for billing and payment purposes, and to conduct its commercial actions and satisfaction surveys. The data is intended for the hotel and its service providers. As a consumer, you have the right to register for free on the Bloctel telephone solicitation opt-out list.

Disputes In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, the parties will endeavor to reach an amicable resolution.

In accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of May 21, 2013, the consumer also has the possibility of submitting a complaint via the European online dispute resolution platform (ODR), accessible at the following address: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr 

Right of Withdrawal In accordance with Article L221-28, 12° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date or period. Consequently, reservations made with Hôtel France d’Antin are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
